Anna Claire is officially registered for Kindergarten next year!
I completed the paperwork this morning and then took her to the school for their brief assessment. After 10 minutes or so of asking her to identify some numbers, shapes, uppercase and lowercase letters, counting and sorting, writing her name, etc - they officially pronounced her "ready for Kindergarten." Okay, so they said it a bit sarcastically - "um, YEAH, she's ready for Kindergarten!" But, it's not like *I* didn't know that already.
