Apparently we've been invaded

Yes, gnomes.

At least according to Caroline. I blame it on this cold that the girls and I have come down with.

But, she woke last night around 2am very agitated that there had been a little man in a pointy hat on the edge of her pillow. She finally went back to sleep and I thought we'd heard the last of it (that after finally getting some sleep that she have forgotten about it). But, oh no, she remembered and had lots more detail to share with us this morning. He was about 2 inches tall. He had a moustache. He told her "I'm three." And, he also had ice cream. Which he shared. But she only had one lick before he finished it. It was "suh-weeeet!"

I'm still deciding whether to be amused or perturbed.
