So, after another couple especially rough nights I took Caroline in to see the Pediatrician again. She had finished the Zithromax on Sunday, and Tuesday night she was still waking often and sitting upright in her crib. Turns out, her right ear is still infected enough to convince the Dr that she needed another round of Zithromax. We started that last night, and things went a bit better (she could sleep as long as the Tylenol worked, so she was up at 4hr intervals and got more Tylenol before falling asleep again). Poor baby!
Anna Claire spent the night at Nana & Papa's again. I haven't heard an update yet, but I'm guessing things went 'okay' based on the fact that she didn't come home during the night last night!
