32 Weeks

BabyCenter:

By now, your baby probably weighs almost 4 pounds and is almost 17 inches long, taking up a lot of space in your uterus. She has tiny toenails now, and her fingernails have grown in, too. Some babies have a head of hair already; others have only peach fuzz.

iVillage:

It may be hard to imagine, but your baby is now 38 centimeters crown-to-rump, or 15-1/4 inches long, and weighs three pounds, twelve ounces. In the past few months, the rapid weight gain has been due to an increase of fat stores and muscle. Your baby can move her head to the side, but now that baby is taking up much of the available space, her movement will slowly decrease.

BabyZone:

A baby born now would have an excellent chance of survival, with the right care. She has grown to about 16 inches in length and weighs approximately 3 and a half pounds.

Lots more variation in size estimates now that we're getting closer, but even if we were using ultrasound to estimate - as Anna Claire established, that big ol' noggin can throw things off (they estimated her at 8lbs 8oz just 24 hours before she was born at 38 weeks, turned out she was 7lbs 12oz . . . with a *very* big head!).

Bedrest is boring, but doing what they'd hoped - my bloood pressure seems to be much more under control. Hopefully it stays that way for a while longer. I'm now going in to the OB every week, so that they can keep a closer eye on us.
