She's really enjoyed her dance classes this year, and has learned a lot. She also pays attention very well in class, which has been a pleasant surprise. Lucky for me, she's 'serious' enough in class (not running around just watching herself in the mirror doing pirouettes, etc) that her teacher is letting her move into a class that's actually beyond her age group next year. There's a ballet/tap class for 5-8yo's that Ms. Tammy teaches and said that Caroline would do fine in (she said that the ballet/tap tends to skew younger, while the ballet/jazz classes skew older). So, she AND Anna Claire (who, after watching the dress rehearsal has decided she wants to do dance again) can be in the same class next year! YAY! That means only having to drive to one class. Only having to wait on one class. And, only having one recital to go to (for both girls) next year! YAY! (oh yeah, and they're excited to be in class together too, lol)
